Moscow, Russia. Today at approximately 2 pm, a blast
occurred near the apartment of journalist Elena
Tregubova, author of the recently published book
"Baiki kremlevskogo diggera", about the ethos and
behaviour of the Kremlin-s political elite. Elena
Tregubova was not hurt and initial reports indicate
that there were no other casualties.

Tregubova told PRIMA that she was about to leave home,
when there was an explosion on the landing outside her
apartment. Shortly before that she had made two
telephone calls, calling a taxi. The building on
Bolshoi Gnesdnikovskii Street, where Tregubova lives,
is currently being searched by officers of the police
and security services.
