MOSCOW, DECEMBER 19, 2004: FIRST CONGRESS OF THE MOVEMENT "RUSSIAN RADICALS"

Dear comrades!
After ten months of existence of our movement "Russian Radicals" created on this January 17, we are glad to inform you about convocation of its First congress which will take place in Moscow, on Sunday, December 19, 2004. At this congress we will have to adopt the Charter of the movement, to discuss and define political priorities of the "Russian Radicals" for the next year (i.e., to adopt the annual program of the movement), to define parameters of the 2005 enrolment campaign, and to elect directing bodies of the movement stipulated by the Charter.
The congress will be conducted in A.D.Sakharov Museum and Public Center "World, Progress, Human Rights" (Zemlyanoy val street, 57, building 6). Passage: metro station "Kurskaya" or "Chkalovskaya", then 8 minutes on foot, passing by the shop "Lyudmila", towards the river Yauza.
On Sunday, December 19, the work of the congress will begin at 10.30, termination of the work - not later than at 20.00.
We remind you that all participants of the movement enroled for 2004 have the right to take part in the work of the congress with the right of deciding vote (it will be possible to enrol in the "Russian Radicals" and in the Transnational Radical Party directly at the congress during all its work).
The drafts of the Agenda and the Rules of congress, as well as other possible documents of the congress will be placed on the site of the movement "Russian Radicals" www.radikaly.ru. In the same place, on the forum of our site, the pre-congress discussion is beginning, and we insistently invite you to take part in it.
