On 22 October 2014, the Written Proceedings of the Conference held in February in Brussels “Rule of Law v Reason of State” will be presented at the House of Commons in London. After ten years of campaigning mainly at the European Parliament and in Italy, the Nonviolent Radical Party together with No Peace Without Justice is returning to London, to the roots of their campaign, to take the next step aimed at restoring trust in democracy and the Rule of Law.

Ukraine: NPWJ and NRPTT call for ICC Ratification

Today, the Ukranian Parliament has voted to send fugitive President Viktor Yanukovich, former interior minister Vitaly Zakharchenko and former prosecutor-general Viktor Pshonka to the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity allegedly committed between 30 November 2013 and 22 February 2014.

Cambodia: Marco Pannella at the UN in Geneva with the democratic opposition to denounce human rights violations and the recent electoral process.

From the early afternoon of Tuesday, 24 September, Marco Pannella will take part in a rally organised by the Nonviolent Radical Party, Transnational Transparty and the Cambodian community in Europe. The rally is being convened in the square in front of the Palais des Nations in Geneva on the occasion of the special dialogue that the UN Human Rights Council will hold throughout the day of 24 September to discuss the situation in Cambodia.
