Regularization of immigrants, first step towards legality

Emma Bonino, Vice President of the Senate and a historical radical exponent, has always been attentive to social dynamics. No wonder why she is sensible to immigration issue, even to its entailed economic implications. Significant implications, as demonstrated by the last measure regarding  the contrast of the employment of illegal immigrants.
 
The new legislative decree on immigration introduces a regularization measure, correct?
Calling it regularization is inappropriate in juridical terms, furthermore it transmits a wrong message.

Conference: "Immigration, a challenge and a necessity. Proposals for a leap forward".

The conference will provide an opportunity to advance some proposals and to understand the plans of ministers in the coming weeks. The themes are different: expulsions, the decree on illegal work now under discussion in Parliament, integration policies, implementation of the "gipsy plan" approved by the Council of Ministers.
