How to Build a Just Partnership between Europe and Chechnya

In a crucial moment for the Russian-Chechen conflict, representatives of the Chechen government present at the European Parliament the new president of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria Abdul-Khalim Sadullaev and its policy aiming at a peaceful settlement of the crisis. Speakers will also present the plan of the Chechen Government to monitor the aid coming to Chechnya and guarantee freedom and independence of humanitarian operators.
