Everybody remember that about 140 Italian MPs decided to send a letter-appeal to the Speakers of the two-Houses Philippines Parliament, asking not to reinstate death penalty.

But the House commettee on justice headed by Rep. Pablo Garcia, approved Tuesday October 13th the Bill seeking to reimpose death penalty on 14 crimes.

Now, it will be the House to decide, in plenary session.
If the Bill will be approved, it will pass to the Senate.
