NIKOLAJ KHRAMOV WILL SPEAK AT THE SEMINAR IN MOSCOW, DEDICATED TO THE ISSUE OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN COMMUNIST REGIMES

On Sunday, March 20, from 11.00 to 18.00, in A.D.Sakharov Museum and Public Center "Peace, Progress, Human Rights" (Zemlyanoy val 57, build.6) the third seminar from the cycle "Nine questions about Communist party" will pass. The seminar is organized by the editorship of the newspaper The Epoch Times, with cooperation of the human rights news agency PRIMA. Among others, Nikolaj Khramov, secretary of the movement "Russian Radicals", member of the General Council of the Transnational Radical Party, will take part in the seminar. He will deliver a report on the situation with human rights in Laos, violated by the Communist regime of Vientiane, and on the initiatives of the TRP in this connection. In 2001 Khramov was one of five activists of the TRP, arrested in Laotian capital for their nonviolent direct action to defend freedom, democracy and human rights in this Asian country.
