The Session will begin on Thursday, December 8 at 3 p.m. and will end in the afternoon of Sunday, December 11, 2011.

Reservations at Hotel Summit should be done directly by sending an email to: pierelli@srh.it (do not forget to specify that you are a participant of the CONGRESSO RADICALI / RADICAL PARTY CONGRESS in your email) or by calling: 06-66507340 (working hours: Mon-Fri 10 am – 7 pm).

 

The prices offered by the Hotel Summit are per person, daily, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. The prices are exclusively for the participants of the Congress who will be staying from the afternoon of Thursday, December 8, 2011 (dinner included) to Sunday, December 11, 2011 (lunch included).

 

- Single room: 100 Euro;

- Double room: 50 Euro;

- Triple room: 45 Euro;

 

Any person who books a double or a triple room individually will be placed in a room at random. A distinction will be made between male and female guests (without the possibility of subsequent changes).

 

The tourist tax applied by the Municipality of Rome (3 Euro/day) will be charged to the Organization and therefore should be NOT be paid at the Hotel.

Meals for those who do not stay at the Hotel Summit cost EUR10. The meal ticket can be bought daily and will be available at the cafeteria of the Congress by 11.30 a.m.

Breakfast and lunch will also be available daily at the Bar America of the Congress.

 

The Hotel Summit is in Via della Stazione Aurelia, 99.

By car: Ringroad (Grande Raccordo Anulare), exit Aurelia – Vatican City

By train: from Termini Station, regional train to Civitavecchia until Aurealia Station (the stations in between are Tuscolana, Trastevere, S. Pietro)

By metro or autobus: from Termini Station METRO A until Cornelia Stop or Autobus 246 and 247 until Ipermercato Panorama stop.

 

The Camping Village Roma is in Via Aurelia 831 (Km. 8.2). It has excellent 2 – 3 persons Bungalow and 4 – 5 persons Chalet, all equipped with bathroom facilities (see below).

Breakfast and meals are NOT included in the price for Camping Village Roma, but it is possible to have lunch and dinner at Hotel Summit at the price of 10 Euro (the meal ticket should be bought at Bar America of the Congress by 11.30 am). At the Camping Village there is a cafeteria, restaurant and pizzeria with excellent services and conditions.

A shuttle bus from/to Fiumicino and Ciampino Airports will be available, at the cost of 10 and 11 Euro and must be booked directly through the Camping Village.

 

Bungalow: mobile home comprising three single beds (2 single and one camp bed), private bathroom, air conditioning/heating, towels;

Chalet:mobile home with two bedrooms, one double comprising 3 single beds (2 single and one camp bed) and another double comprising a double bed, 2 bathrooms, full equipped kitchenette, air-conditioning/heating, fridge, external veranda, towels;

The prices include the overnight stay without breakfast.

To check for availability it is necessary to send a fax or e-mail. The booking office will send a booking form that should be filled and sent within 2 days.

It is necessary to pay 30% of the total sum of the stay in advance, as a booking guarantee. The deposit can be made by providing the credit card data in the appropriate space in the booking form, or by sending a copy of the bank transfer receipt made to the bank account which will be provided by the booking office at the same time as the booking form.

Bookings without bank receipt or a copy of the bank receipt without a signed booking form will NOT be taken into account. In case of cancellation or change of the booking, the deposit will be returned only if the request is made by e-mail or fax, not later than 2 days before the date of arrival. Beyond this date, the deposit will NOT be returned.
