Head of State of Molodva highlights priorities and instruments of the european integration

Chisinau. Promotion of the European integration principles requests obvious indentification of priorities and instruments necessary in this respect, declared on Thursday, President Vladimir Voronin within the first sitting of the National Commission on European integration, Moldpres informs.
Voronin stressed that, firstly, the Republic of Moldova should observe a gradual integration into all the initiatives and programmes dealing with the EU. The head of state underlined importance to fulfil the respective process in accordance with the EU stand. Voronin mentioned that the integration process was launched since the state joined the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe, so that, Moldova became full member of this structure last year.
The President also underscored that the Republic of Moldova is to wage a policy routed to make the state part of the process of stabilization and association in the South-Eastern Europe.
Voronin added that the bilateral relations as well as the regional cooperation with the states member of the above mentioned process will be developed in this context, he particularly referred to the countries which have the EU accord on admission to this structure.
The head of state declared for adjustment to the EU standards and quick indentification of the negotiations' process on the accords on free trade with the states of the South-Eastern Europe. Elaboration and suggestion of certain amendments to the current accord on partnership and cooperation are necessary, in this sense, making reference to preparation of documents as concern the Republic of Moldova transfer from TACIS assistance Programme to PHARE.
