Proposal to change the name of the Party: "Nonviolent Radical Party transnational and transparty".
 
Enlargement of constituent subjects of the Radical Party: statutory norms to include in the federal agreement the affirmation of nonviolence, secularism and antinationalism as instruments for the liberation of individuals and peoples.
