Thursday, 2 September
 
  • 16.30: Mirador Room, (CCCB 5th floor)– Press conference introducing the NRPTT General Council, with Marco Pannella, Emma Bonino, Marco Perduca, Niccolò Figà Talamanca, Maurizio Turco and Agustì Columines (President of the DemCat Foundation). Introduction by Rafel Villarò.
  • 18.00: Meeting at the Catalan Parliament between a delegation of the NRPTT and representatives of local institutions.
  • 19.15: Meeting between representatives of the NRPTT and the association “Radical Barcelona” and with the radical members, militants and sympathisers of Spain.
  • An aperitifto be followed.
 
Friday, 3 September

Logistical information
 
The General Council of the NRPTT will take place at the Centre of Contemporary Culture of Barcelona (CCCB, Montalegre 5 – Mirador room – 5th floor). The CCCB is located in a central area, near the School of Philosophy and History of the University of Barcelona and a few meters from the Museum of Contemporary Art (Macba). The website of the CCCB, which also contains useful information on how to reach the Centre, is: http://www.cccb.org/ca/informacio_general
  
Most of the participants will arrive in Barcelona on the evening of Thursday, 2September. The meeting of the General Council will start on Friday, 3 September at 9.00 and will end on Sunday, 5 September, early in the afternoon. 
At Barcelona El Prat Airport, a convenient “Aerobus” shuttle service is available which goes to Plaza de Catalunya, at the cost of 5 euro. The three hotels near the CCCB, where most participants will be staying, are within walking distance from Plaza de Catalunya. On Friday 3 September, a speech by the President of the Catalan Parliament is scheduled in the morning; in the afternoon (time TBC), a meeting of a delegation of the NRPTT with representatives of parliamentary groups will be held at the Catalan Parliament. 
 
Lunch on Friday 3 September and Saturday 4 September will be held at the CCCB and coffee breaks are also scheduled. There are no official events scheduled for the evenings; there are several restaurants near the CCCB to suit a range of tastes and budgets.
 
Potential side meetings could be held in the evening of Friday and/or Saturday in one of the three hotels listed below, most likely the Silken Ramblas, where many participants will be staying.
