DISTRICT COURT LIMITED ITSELF TO A VERBAL WARNING
Tweet
On August 5, 2001, the Moscow militia dispersed a peace demonstration of the radicals near the embassy of the KPDR, carrying out the unlawful order of the district administration. Eight participants of demonstration were brought to administrative responsibility.
The trial took place on August 6, 2001, at 11.00, and passed quickly, silently and practically imperceptibly for public disturbers. The radicals failed to see the judge, Mr. Bobkov.
On the request of participants of the action, the verdict on "delivery of verbal warning" was announced in the yard of the militia station by the militiaman on duty of the militia department "Ramenki" Maxim.
Officials from the district administration of Ramenki issued the order about prohibition of the demonstration on August 3, on Friday, about 16.00, so the radicals had no opportunity to lodge a complaint against actions of officials from the administration of Ramenki, and a request concerning annulment of the order about prohibition of the demonstration.
