The General Council of the Nonviolent Radical Party Transnational and Transparty will take place in Barcelona from 3rd to 5th of September 2010. At the link below, some documents of Prof. Cesare Romano, that will be at the core of our polical initiative in the coming months, aimed at activating international jurisdictions for the conquest and defense of human rights.
