Resolution of the Southern Cameroonian People

Considering the message from the Southern Cameroonian people presented at the 39th Congress of the Nonviolent Radical Party, Transnational and Transparty by Nfor Ngala Nfor;

Cognizant of the legitimate and historic nonviolent struggle being waged by the people of Southern Cameroons against annexation, assimilation, foreign domination, and alien rule of the Republique du Cameroun;

This Congress Calls on:

1. President Paul Biya of la Republique du Cameroun and his agents to put an end to constant arbitrary arrests and imprisonment of SCNC leaders and activists, atrocities against eh Southern Cameroonian people and should release all prisoners of conscience, including the SCNC National Chairman, Chief Ayamba, Ette Otun.
2. President Paul Biya to respect the All Charter and international obligations of which he is signatory and submit to the Constructive Dialogue with the Southern Cameroons under the mediation of the African Commission
3. The Chairman of the African Union to defend the spirit of the AU Constitutive Act and the landmark ruling on Communication 266/200 and guarantee its judicious implementation to give peace a chance in the West African sub-region.
4. The EU, the UN and all democratic nations of the world to apply preventive diplomacy to mount pressure on President Biya and the AU to convene the Constructive Dialogue without further delay.

In declaring its solidarity with the Southern Cameroons National Council and the Southern Cameroonian people in their just struggle for freedom and self-determination, the Congress salutes them for their heroic struggle against foreign domination and alien rule, an evil against humanity whose days are numbered,
