FINAL STAGES FOR THE MORATORIUM ON CAPITAL EXECUTIONS AT THE UN

New York, 12.10.99 - Emma Bonino, MEP, former European Commissioner and former Secretary of the Radical Party and Sergio D'Elia Secretary of "Hands Off Cain" present the activities in support of the adoption of a moratorium on capital executions. Wednesday 13 Ms. Bonino will visit inmates in Chicago Cook County Prison and the next day she will participate with Mr. D'Elia in a conference at Columbia Universities with experts and activists on "Global Movements Towards the Moratorium."
