Roma, 12 October 1998 - Even
in a serious and tragic situation like Kosovo, the Italian
Parliament with all its political forces joined together,
displays itself for what it is: a perfect representation of
the Italian regime and not to the representation of Italians.
The Italian Parliament cannot even convene itself to make the
decisions that it is supposed to make, not only to face the
tragedy happening in Kosovo, and in the whole of Yugoslavia,
but also to honor the commitment that its membership of a
supranational organization implies.
